For those of you wondering where my current icon comes from, but don't go to DeviantArt. This pic was done a while back by AngaChan, and it's one of the most awesome pics i've ever gotten from a trade if I do say so myself.
As for the 'energy' coming from his hands, Drake doesn't actually have powers like that, but it's Rule of Cool on Anga's part, so I've let that slide.

Not much difference, but the muzzle was way too 'Ace-ish' - but then Anga drew him in her style and I instantly loved how the muzzle looked in it, so I updated his original design to match. :D
