i usually bake a sculpture twice, the first time however just serves so i can hold it without erasing any details when sculpting the second half, the first bake i do for 15 minutes on 130 C, second time when the sculpting is done i bake it for 90 minutes on 120 C, a long but trough and trough bake :)
