Ok guys.. here;'s a little secret... I don't even really know what defines a bass drop.. it's the one thing I always miss in Dubstep too. I never notice it despite the fact I may be listening to it through a 1800 WATT sub system. But I know that a lot of people do and a lot of people like and anticipate one.
So the question: Am I doing it right?

seven seconds on the track is where the drop is and its not bad but you need to make the tones scratchier and add some longer and short tones in there.
for example listen to Skrillex - Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites right after it says "OH My God"
is the drop if you need anymore help just let me know id be happy to.

originally the idea of a drop was withholding the bass, making it get crazier and crazier, and using high pass filters, then letting it all out on the drop, but thats only one way..... a lot of producers dont do that.... like excision likes to bring in the bassline gradually, then have it full volume at the drop.
but the drop is usually one of the loudest parts of the song.... the build is supposed to get more and more energetic, and get everyone pumped and moving so they can go crazy at the drop. good heavy drops /usually/ have builds that are easy to jump to. getting a build right takes studying songs and practice. u have the right idea, maybe listen to some songs with heavy drops and get an idea for the energy and some techniques
so far, it sounds like a good start. mayb e a little crowded sounding, maybe tune the noise a bit more (can be done with different filters). but its definately on the right track. and the drop itself should be loud and energetic, usually.
also many many artists will but some sort of short pause right befor the drop for suspense
but really its all up to you. a lot of old datsik, excision, rusko, etc. songs dont even have builds building up to a drop. its all up to you
for some ideas, some of my personal favorite drops are:
Big Chocolate - revelations
Juice - Flavour (Bare Noize remix)
Brainpain - Apparatus (really filthy one right here, may need to look on soundcloud and will need a good bass speaker)
Borgore - Kinder Surprise (ft Tomba)
Ftampa ft Tory D. - Bass, Beers, and Bitches (Darth&Vader remix)
Excision & SKisM - Sexism
Feed Me - Blood Red
Kill the Noise - Deal With it
Kill the Noise - Talk to me
Knife Party - Destroy them with Lazers
Korn - Tension (feat. Excision, Datsik & Downlink)
Lady Gaga - The Edge of Glory (Bare Noize remix)
Pendulum - Masochist (Noisia remix)
Porter Robinson - 100% in the Bitch
Porter Robinson - Unison (Mikkas Remix)
Skrillex - Ruffneck Bass (Rickyxsan Massive Flex Remix)
Skrillex - Weekends!!! (Zedd Remix)
Skrillex - Kill Everybody (Bare Noize Remix)
Skrillex - Scatta (feat Foreign Beggars and Bare Noise)
Swedish House Mafia - Save the World (Zedd Remix)
Toma - Brace For Impact
Zedd - Legend of Zelda
Zedd - Stars Come Out
Zedd - Dovregubben
.... i got a little carried away with the list.... but i left sooooo much out.

All I can tell you is keep practicing. Listen to your favorite artists, analyze what they do, and try your best to mimic them until you've got a solid foundation of how it all works. That's what I did, and my first dubstep stuff started out a lot like yours :)
Just keep at it and you'll get the hang of it! As someone once told me, "Dubstep is one half trance, one half drum and bass." Turns out pretty true :p
