So this is eyesore again , my fanatasy breed of phesant species bird/fursona

in her winter coat she looks much more like a male pheasant though.

so here we have eyesores 'winter coat' and by winter I mean average because her bright plumage is only mating season plumage this is what she should look like most the time , this or a mixture between moults of summer and winter.

why is her winter plumage not white?
easy , her species lives in heavily wooden lowland areas where there isnt actually much snow if any so her plumage is more suited for hiding in dark places her bright eyes also allow her to forage at night.
also like this she is iriidesant so her plumage looks different colours in light like a starling or pheasant (duh XD)

she also looks alot more boyish like this so often she'll just hide really XD

also note that I changed her eye colour this will be permanent in both forms of her
