The CEO and founder of the PRR. Started off as a hobby after a vigilante campaign against a Nazi Space dinosaur regime. He is the foremost expert on Quicksand perils, and related natural pitfalls. His shell is reinforced to reflect bullets, but because of such, he floats, and can't dive underwater.
When not rescuing, or being on the job, he spends time playing paintball, dating every now and then, and trying to perfect the perfect chili recipe.
