I did this back on Lizsama's birthday! It was her birthday present. Yup. <3 And I'm just gonna copypaste my DA desc because I am lazy. =D *shot* *ded*
This was actually a request she'd made of me a while back (sort of). It's based off an RP she and I were doing on and off during last summer, so nearly a year ago now.
So when I found out that it was her birthday I decided to take her sketch request and turn it into a full blown artistic endeavour. Which is exactly what I did.
This is based on ASADAE, her very dark and lovely little version of the Sonic universe. The one on the left is, of course, Sally. The one on the right is a version of her from another dimension. Her name is Zally and she's a Zone Cop. Yup. Just like Zonic. In fact, Zonic is rather hopeless when it comes to her, but she treats him like dirt. And I could spend all day explaining Zally, but I'm not going to cause it's not important. The shadow that's falling across them is, though.
That's the Dark One.
Which is the name Sonic comes to be known by in ASADAE. He's twisted, cruel and dark and he struck a bargain with Zonic which lead to many things. Including what you see here. With Zally, now trapped, and completely at his mercy. Sally is attempting to protect her, despite the years of toment she's endured, in some strange remaining sense of self-preservation.
It isn't going to help Zally a bit, though. Nope.
And now that I've babbled, I'm done.
Entirely digital. Done in OpenCanvas 3 over a period of about... oh... eight hours? That's including breaks to make dinner and take care of Evee and such. With much luff for Liz. =3 <3<3<3

I love the atmosphere! It's strange, I love Sally very much, always have since I was little and yet, I have a strange enjoyment of watching my creations and my favorite characters being psychologically destroyed, or placed into situations like this more than most other art of the chracters. ^_^;
