Served the wealthy Brintell family as pilot/chauffeur until their son joined the local navy at which point she joined with her friend and master to keep an eye on him. Young master Brintell was lost in a training accident and Pheobe was discharged. she now supports her family as they squat in the old Brintell mansion now that the Brintells themselves died of 'a broken heart'.

This looks really good! I think you're mostly there, and drawing a comic will certainly help polish off your skill. The only thing lacking in this piece of art for me is a certain... I don't know, crispness? to the facial expressions. They look passive somehow, like the character's been given the facial expression rather than is actively making it. Does that make sense?
