Got my rig set up and ready to start blocking in the animation today. I'll be working out the key poses of his animation on Monday or so. I had fun learning and screaming at Maya after a couple crashes. Got Norman rigged up to have an actual 'shirt', his hair and his drill are properly attached to his bones for animation now... and I learned a few tricks about materials to give it a bit of texture cheaply. Fun stuff.
