Fans though it looked a lot like Carracosta. I liked that idea;
What if Carracosta really started as this mysterious design from a scan magasine? After all, there was no fossils introduced in generation II! Maybe their planned designs were keep for later...!
It was like making a foolish dream coming true; some alfa designs from generation II re-used in generation V. Maybe there's a lot and we don't even know!
