There are no inbetweeners in Flash, at least not this sort of Flash, but there *are* people responsible for less important parts of the shots. :B
If you'd like to try making some bgponies and giving them idle animations like they're watching the wing-bench-press-princesses thing at a party, you're welcome to, though it might be a bit tricky if you've never done this sort of animation before. I'll yap atcha about it. :p
