A little while back, I picked up this beast on sale (75% off!), but once I got him, I wasn't sure what to do with him. Random bad guy for Zoe to fight was my first idea, but then I thought about it a little more. Red Geisha's got a whole terrorist organization at her disposal, but as far as I knew they were all human. RG's not a big fan of humans. Sure she might have fun using them for cannon fodder, but she might want something with more muscle and less organic. So this bruiser became Red Geisha's new henchman, and this scene popped in my head.

Hmm, I can see how Reaper might fit but I feel like thius guy needs something more. "Reaper" sounds too light for something like him.
What about "Skulliath" or "Skuliath" ? (Not sure if that name would better with one or two L's )
Ooh, wait. What about "Wishbone?" (Gives the impression of something small before you see him but when you do see him the name suddenly takes on a whole new (and unpleasent) meaning.)
