Hey, i really don't mean to be rude, but it just seems off to me.
Maybe it's because I am not an animal or cartoon artist, but to me, its just kind of off.

The font is too bunched up, and the pose of the lion, it looks like it has a damaged spine and hind leg.
I will give you credit for the shading, fur and the wings really do look good. And those rings... I have known Waffle long enough to recognize those. Still obsessed with that silly game.
I see Waffle as more of a kitten than a lion, but that's just me
