Looks very nice! I especially like the eyes as well as the wispy bits of hair from about the middle of the picture to the bottom. The highlights on the face are alright, but seem a tad off, IMO, making it seem like parts of the face are at slightly different angles. (Chin, nose, eyes) But overall it looks good.
