Hey there folks ^,^ Here's another new character... sorta. I technically drew him about half a year ago and never got around to posting <,<; since I've got Maddie & Ryder's relationship started I decdied I might as well get him out for everybody to see... hope you like him ^,^
Meet Takoda Washta, 18 year old senior at the PCA, long standing member of the coaching major, friend to all, mentor, big brother figure, and guy so perfect and nice most people want to punch his teeth in while others wonder what dirty little secrets he must be hiding.
The only child of a fairly normal family Takoda always sought to help people, be nice, and do his best to the point most people wondered what was wrong with him. Getting into the PCA with a scholarship he went into coaching as a major to further his goal of helping people and he’s never looked back. A polite and patient person with an even and mild temperament he’s a perfect mediator as well as an advice giver for anyone who comes to him for help. By devoting himself to his studies and schoolwork so much he’s become very good at the text book side of the coaching major and often helps new students entering into it get the hang of the paperwork required. Past this he is very skilled when it comes to actually helping people train themselves whether their goal is to get stronger, faster, improving their endurance, or just general all around improvement.
All the work he puts into his major comes with a downside though. While he’s well known and decently liked in the school he has very little social life with the most interaction he gets usually being the people he coaches, other students he helps, or people he gives advice to. In fact when not in a situation where he’s actively helping someone Takoda is a bit shy and won’t engage in any conversation besides polite pleasantries. Because of this he actually doesn’t really have any close friends, something he’s rather ashamed of since he’s so close to graduation. His reluctance to engage others socially has also started a hornet’s nest of rumors about him which isn’t helped by his normal squeaky clean reputation. This bothers him more then he lets on to be honest but he tries to ignore it.
His latest project is to help a miltank by the name of Maddie improve her coaching skills and he’s been spending quite a bit of time with her on that. Oddly enough he could swear someones been watching him whenever the two of them are together but he’s been ignoring it for the moment. He has noticed a certain bouffalant hanging around them though… which has caught his interest. He’s been looking into it and he quite likes what he’s found…
Miscellaneous Facts
- Takoda’s big secret is, as some of the rumors actively guessed, he’s gay. His parents know about this and have accepted him but he hasn’t actively let anyone in the PCA know about it. He’s considering letting the secret out though after he encountered someone who made his heart swoon, a strong, muscular, and driven bouffalant by the name of Ryder who he’s seen watching him as of late when he’s with Maddie. He’s hoping its love and has been searching for the right time and right way to make his feelings known to Ryder.
- When not working on improving his coaching skills or just plain working out (he likes to keep himself in shape) what little spare time Takoda has is spent with any of his multiple hobbies which range from but aren’t limited to cooking, painting, sports, yoga, jogging, and many others. His hectic schedule means he rarely gets to spend any decent amount of time with any of these.
- Tries to avoid stepping into the arena whenever possible (being in the coaching major means he doesn’t have to under normal circumstances) but the few times he has he’s shown himself to have a surprising amount of raw power and skill even without any experience to back him up letting him bulldoze and push people around in the arena. Takoda actually fighting happens too rarely for most people to know about this though and he’s not too fond of talking about it.
- Takoda’s tails are longer than average for a tauros and he’s quite fond of them... even if the stereotypical use for them among his species is as whips.

Oh oh oh! About some heartless soul starts spreading rumors and [le gasp!] leaving notes and whatnot to make it appear that Ryder and Takota and actually gay gay for each other and one is leading on the other, with a healthy mix of Maddie leading on Ryder.
