I love how the sixth comic has to do with Satan. I didn't even mean to do that.
Those are actual viking runes. Going from top left clockwise they mean:
Giant
Odin
Tyr[sky god]
Mankind
Possession[in this case, demonic posession.]
The runes inside the pentagram mean "Evil"
The whole thing is written in the Elder Furthark runic language.
