The young hero's repetitive mumbling still went on, restating that fact that there was indeed a 'Giant Snake' in the room. However, eventually all that repetition led to the realization that the 'Giant Snake' was- "ABOUT TO EAT BILLY AND TEDDY!!!" This snapped Tommy out of it and he was ready for a fight. Getting in an offensive position he glared at the snake. "Hey! Let my bro and his boyfriend go!" he demanded.
Kaa's eyes glinted wickedly, having the perfect plan in mind for ensnaring his dessert. "I might let them go..." he began with his wicked cooing, slowly 'floating' closer to the silverhaired boy. "If you beat me in a ssstaring contest," he explained with a hissing snicker.
"You're on!" Tommy readily accepted, clenching a hand as if he'd already won. It was obvious that Tommy had no clue who the giant, talking python was, or at least it wasn't registering with him yet. Soon Kaa and Tommy were about three feet apart, golden eyes staring into green ones. Tommy wasn't even breaking a sweat at first, but then something odd happened.
Kaa happened, his plan being set in motion. As he stared into Tommy's wide open, unresisting eyes, he unleashed his hypnosis full force. Tommy's eyes widened further and his body froze. What was going on? There was a momentary realization he'd been tricked and then the relaxing, submissive feelings began flooding him. Kaa moved closer and closer and smiled as he saw Tommy's eyes beginning to shift.
Finally page 6 is done! this page, for whatever reason gave me issues. the first time I drew it I realized it looked like crap, so the redo was in order. This looks a LOT better than that other idea did.
Oh Kaa and his sneaky ways of getting unsuspecting boys to look at his eyes. And poor Tommy, being the competitive scamp he is, how can he say no to a staring contest challenge from a massive snake?
