Have you ever noticed that the biggest cars seem to be driven by the smallest drivers? How many times have you been cut off by a little old Jewish lady or Chinese doctor in a honking huge Caddy or Lincoln? The ultimate expression of this Law of Nature is Tangel's obession with monstrous, overpriced, high performance supercars like this one. Tangel' is about four foot six if she stands straight. She was given this Ferrari F50 roadster as a congratulatory gift by Saara and me shortly after she opened her restaurant. It was unforunately only the first, of many...
(Saara and I drive a classic XKE of 1961 vintage, as well as a 2004 Jag Blackjack.)
The next few drawing are all car related, and among the oldest surviving examples of my work. While undated, they appear to have been drawn around 1966 and 1967. Some earlier stuff exists, and I may just post it sometime. Would you belive 1955 or thereabouts?

Interesting design...I am going to have to draw the kind of car I'd drive...you know, all the money in the world? One of those cars that's nothing but pure care. Just caged steel pipes holding an engine to a set of wheels and controls. They build them out here in Oregon! I may just buy one some day...
That would be Wendy O'Donnell, a girl who lives in Willow Run and (foolishlyh) talks to House Gamins.
I think I probably could disassemble an M16, since the model kit I made of one has all the working parts. Putting it together might be more problematical. Weak springs and plastic do-hickies may go together easier than the real thing. As I understand it, the M16 was made for easy disassembly. Pull a stud forward of the magazine housing and the whole damn thing swings open. Not many other assault rifles do that, I bet.
