Are the breasts supposed to be so disproportionate to each other (as in is it part of the character design) or is the drastic difference in size supposed to portray the angle at which we're viewing the figure?

yes i was trying to do an angle view still practicing those it seems

Yeah, never make boobs have a drastic size difference unless it's on purpose like the chracter is supposed to have them. It just looks like a genetic thing rather than showing angle. Breasts stay the same size, they don't shrink when you turn. You just see them at a different angle. If you can look up some artistic nudes you might see how boobs work a little better. Don't use hentai for anatomy reference because porn anatomy is heavily distorted to make things erotically pleasing. Also the breast on the right side is a little too circular, boobs are never perfect circles when nude (bras do a lot of shaping). Also, her breasts appear to be at more dramatic an angle than the rest of her body. She's still being seen largely from the front with only a slight turn to the left side of the page so just keep the entire body in mind in the future. c: I dunno what schooling you've had, but if you can find yourself a figure drawing class take it. It'll help a lot! :D Drawing from life is a good way to improve drawing from imagination.
