I can't stop counting
I need to count everytime I'm doing something
everytime I feel anxious
everytime I am nervous
everytime before doing something
I need to do it

I have always lived with OCD, but I have recently started counting like this (I used to count as for how many times I had to turn on and off a lamp, how many times I had to open and close a door, etc. never this way before)
I don't want to continue with this
I want it to stop
I can't stand it
