For me it's not simply a matter of just choosing anyone. I would have to know them quite a bit before I would even consider anything.

I have known a few people in RL, and other than one person (my only mate and now ex) have felt right. And I don't seek online-only relationships; it's not the same.

I've had the same thing. It was an online relationship turned RL. He was the only mate I actually felt fit me...but then he left me for another..and right before I went down to visit in him RL too >.<

It was rather depressing visiting your first fur in real life, and one you loved intimately, -after- they dumped you, and rather recently

I'm too far away and too young me thinks for something to work even if we did get to know each other more and such. Hell, i live in England, and I've had many online connected relationships, all failed. So, I'm not looking though i get people saying they really like me/love me.

One quirk is, my last Mate, became my ex, and is now a pet to me....weird turn around aye? Seems he went real big subby boi after leaving me.
