Hello everyone this is the first of many pics of my food that i cooked this last quarter for my american regional class :) Which i passed with a 74%. SO this dish was the last thing we had to cook this past quarter in 90mins:) So what you see is a skin on piece of salmon thats got a lil rosemary and thyme, on it is a pineapple mango papaya salsa, served with it is a serving of sauteed asparagus and hollendaish sauce, and a anehiem chili rice. Oh and i got a 86 on this dish

From a constructive standpoint, your asparagus looks pretty weak, and I think the plating could be a bit better. The Salmon looks well done though.

yeah i know it was allmost over done and my plateing is my weak point i can get the food to taste good, and cooked well ((% of the time without fail but when it comes to plateing sadly im not very good but thank you though :) appreciate the cratique :)

But on the other hand, asparagus if fucking disgusting so there's nothing you can do to present it a nice way.

well ill be postin pic of me in my culinary uniform and i have aprins and hats so another apron isnt needed but i appreciate it weasel hugs ill have o cook for you and papa moose and wolf when iget to come visit you guys :D

The asparagus looks a bit overdone, and the rice doesn't have much colour to it.

Though me, with my Chinese culinary experience, is curious: what exactly makes up an "Anaheim Chili Rice"..? Just jalapenos and rice?

It has a lil cumin some Anaheim chilis in it and some queso fresco, and thats cool you can cook chinese i dont get to take asian cooking til much later.
