you can say he is evil, for his wardrobe, and his affiliations with many evil orginizations is obvious, and he admits to it sometimes. But he never changes his characters to be all evil, for he thinks that each person should have induvidual personalities.

Elnorse is nonchalant and monotonous at times, unlike Echiu, he is able to resist the temptations of a pretty lady completely.

he can splice between any forms, such as Shadowshitsu, and dragon, to claw his enemies.

He can be very protective too, so we can say he's Chaotic Neutral.
