I agree, but this is for a class, and we are evaluated and graded according to preparation, presentation, and tasting.

There is only one item that I didn't get a photo of only because it didn't turn out so well. Grading scale is 0-4. All items except the Crema Catalana, got 4s. The Crema Catalana got a 3 because it did well on taste, but it didn't set properly, and it curdled a little.

Well congrats then, even though the last didn't do as well, it obviously wasn't bad. :3
