Our job has us under alot of fire sometimes, and people, being political animals, have tendencies to bicker, argue or see things in terms of how it can advance their own status or position in social heirarchies.

Given the rather interesting amount of negative response often for what 'I should do' or 'You should try', is implications one is not attempting things to the best of their abilities. Although this may be a media-based logical conclusion for folks who feel work does NOT equal fun, and ought to be idled, ignored, left to the last minute, or simply left undone and expect to be paid regardless, it begins to make one wonder.

Still, in a positive light, it's clear not everyone will always get along. And people do change. I'm just as guilty as anyone else of preforming social faux-pas, but also wholeheartedly (almost excessively at times) apologize for things quite a bit!

Mistakes happen, and pushing down the efforts, works, or contributions of others to climb social ladders, try to adanvce one's own agendas, or simply out of spite or jealousy really in the end would seem counter productive to a social species who can acheive great things when given positive enviroments!
