Actually thornmail is bad against any ad carry unless you're a tank.
I recommend a GA or a FH because of the Unique passives.

Banshies is also very viable in this case to. I don't know if any of his moves are AP though, *I havn't played him yet...Stupid RIOT doesn't make him free...Like ever. xD* If they are, I would suggest a Lichbane or FoN.

Wat. No, he's an ad carry with ap nukes, doesn't mean MR is that useful against him. You want to build anti-AD-carry items in any case...
And twitch was free about a month or two ago.

You counter Twitch by stopping him early game.

Really the only thing you can do later game is buy Randuin's and Frozen Heart. Screw Thornmail, it's junk on anything but tanks. But even those really won't stop a fully built Twitch.

He's the strongest six-item AD carry.
