Finally, I’ve been working on this guy piece by piece over the past month with varying degrees of success. And now it's finished!
quick bit of details
The gun is the normal Railgun pinned together and to the model. The smart missile system is attached where the circular marker on the jetpack is and there are shoulder mounted sensors as well as a gun mounted sensor for firing. Also attached to the gun is a stabilisation fin located on the underside (should have taken the photo from the other side ;p ).
This variant is meant as a custom unit leader upgrade and is a vast moral boost to the warriors of the Farsight Enclaves who see this as a powerful asset.
The paint scheme is Inked Blood Red and Red Gore/Scarab Red (is there a difference) with additional blood red as a highlighting colour.

Ahahaha. Thats fucking kick ass dude. And what luck. I just woke up after 4 hours of sleep to catch this so fast. :) Anyway I love the conversion a lot dude. You have some good ideas there. The paint job is pretty good too. Overall, keep up the really good work *thumbs up*

The gun was made by pinning the two normal railguns together at 3 places, the exaust bit at the back, the middle, and the neck-like bit (the solid bit before the muzzle, i put some plastic in there to hide it :P ).
From there i turned the gun upside down and trimed the arm to fit in the gap that's there (you'll see it if you ever put two railguns together), then put a pin in that to hold the gun in place. And for extra security i pined it to the leg joint, just so it doesn't move in transport :D
The missles just rest on the tau insignia on the jump packs, just trim the bits to fit :D
