I did this one ages ago as a WH40k entrant to a painting competition.
Failed to win though X0
I biased this colour scheme off of my current Tau (Scarlet) and the home world T'au (Beige) colours. Later forgeworld released a similar colour scheme with a blue gun and shield (hated that colour scheme) so I modified mine to fit, slightly.
Rarely use the model, I’m scared to hell of breaking it! it comes in soo many parts from Forgeworld and was a pain in the neck to position during the build. Now and then I’ll use him if I’m taking a battle suit heavy army (like Farsight's retinue of 7 crisis X3 ).

the key to making farsights retinue is to play a 3000pt game. then you're free to place however many in his retinue and still have enough for normal units. Once played a game for gigles against some blood angels. I had 17 crisis suits on the field (mine and borrowed) with farsights unit taking up a full 750pts. Awesome game!
