This is yet another very old character...2004, 2005? That I came across and felt like drawing. This is Quell; he was a kougra of mine on Neopets. His backstory was that he was made in a lab - he's a quadruped creature, but his back legs are long and built like an anthro/humans, so he walks very strangely. Might do a full body with the legs later.
