Old, old Sega game. You could mix and match parts for weapons, body (And head of course with it) and legs. The design reminded me of that-and oei, was it hard! You could steal parts from other cyborgs to use as your own by swapping them out with yours in mid-fight and so on. Then you worked your way through the levels to destroy the machine that controlled the other cyborgs....

The type there reminds me of the heavier body design you could get, while the legs were for charging. Been so long since I played I can't even name the types anymore! The arms...I think they fit most with the type that were used for boxing. (And yes. If you saw a shiny new arm that another cyborg has, you could rip it off and steal it for yourself.)

Heheh, it was for me. Still was blasted hard, and you could almost liken it to 'Streets of Rage', just with machines.
