For those of you who don't know it yet, I actually take karate lessons. I've had instruction during my high school years, and as of August last year, I'm taking classes again.
During my black belt (Dan) re-certification, I informed my instructor, Master Gene Garbowsky, that I do cartoons like the kind you've seen in the past and that I'm willing to make a regular comic strip for his weekly email newsletter for the purpose of attracting children to sign up for class.
This strip is the first of many I plan to do for the future. Keep watching.
