Well the majority of the ride would seem to be on the stone jetty part so Im sure the structural engineers took that all into account :P

Yes indeed it is, though I don't know if it still has Pepsi Max in the name or not =P When I was 14 I went to Blackpool Pleasure Beach and rode the Big Dipper - I am too afraid of heights to try the Big One! XD

I went on the Big Dipper when I was about 9.

I'm not afraid of much, but the Big One is a step too far for my liking.

I could really go for that right now, like... SO BAD, it is like 20-30's here, we had 80's last week, I miss it... a lot.
If I could, I would love to experience a warm beach-y day every day as opposed to our climate. :P

When you say 20s-30s I think "Thats hot!" but then we do it in celsius as opposed to farenheit here =P

I hang around a lot of Americans, so... I've gotten a bit of a habit to use Farenheit lately. xD
I use both pretty much, so, for Celcius, it's been pretty much 2-4 in the day, and -10-ish at night, far too cool for me! >w<

Well we could say that these 2 * the fox and dog cx* are at the beach then the girl sees one of those overly buff furs and she's in aw on how he looks and she of course goes with the guy, leaving her hubby behind. But not to give up he goes after her and even though he isnt buff *just the classic pudgy hero cx* he is determined to get her back cx
He tries to beat the overly buff fur at games and beach events to win back the love of his life and all the while his mate begins to fall in love with him after seeing how much of a jerk the overly buff furry ism she leaves him and goes back to her hubby cx

and it ends with the 2 characters kissing either under the moonlight or during a fire work show cx

Seriously though I'm hoping to take myself on a trip to a beach somewhere sometime this year...because I hardly ever have been to the beach much in my life as far as I can remember...the last truly sandy beach I've been on is that time I went to Formby nature reserve and didn't see res squirrels...there was a sandy beach round the back of there. unexpected, but awesome.

I live within walking distance of my nearest beach - you can see it from my house. Problem is the beach also has a litter problem sometimes. O_o

It depends when Terry and everyone else is avaliable, he actually says around July, but I guess he can try and make it earlier. June is a bit of a rough time for me finacially due to my sister and father's birthday and Father's Day, so I may or may not be able to go far, but we'll see.

July would be best for me.

Even in the Summer our beaches in Eastern Scotland can sometimes leave a lot to be desired =P Tentsmuir Beach and Lunan Bay are spectacularly beautiful but my local beach is a bit grubby in places no thanks to litter getting washed ashore =P

Let me guess, that's the Blackpool Pleasure Beach theme park and The Big One in all its glory in the background? One of the best rollercoasters I've been on.

It isn't Blackpool, it is merely based on Blackpool =P The real Blackpool is a lot less sunny XD.

The rollercoaster in this pic is actually based on the Big Dipper, the one I rode on because I was too scared to go on the Big One =P

A water theme park? I've never come across one.
Beaches here are so different, it's definitely more crowded. And there's more forests/buildings inland.

I like the traditionally drawn backgrounds. But maybe you could make a bit more faded, the black inks kind of bring the background to the front, and it doesn't look that far into the distance.

I've been to several waterparks. There's a great one in Portugal called 'Aquashow' and there's also one in Ayia Napa too. The most recent one I went to was Carrowinds that straddles the border of North and South Carolina.

If that's Blackpool, I'd stay out of the water.
