Nearly every scientist, magician, wizard, or fluffybutt alchemist needs a little shoulder pet/assistant. So I chose my dragon (possible chimera?) character, Andre.

This little dragon isn't really so little. His normal height is 16' 7" and he weighs around 1500 lbs. However, having something that big wanting to follow you around in a small lab is totally not convenient, so JC shrinks him down to around 3-4 inches tall and tote him around when she's working.

Despite his actual size, Andre's every bit a humble as his keeper. Unfortunately, he's every bit as playful and clumsy as she is too.

Although he's a big sweetie, he also serves as a guard dragon and takes this job quite seriously. Don't think you can get past him when he's small, as he can dispel the shrinking potion anytime he wishes. He often times will use that to his advantage, letting intruders pass him by then showing up behind them at full size.

His inner workings are a bit interesting as he has a four chamber holding stomach in addition to a primary stomach. This holding stomach doesn't digest anything held in it and the chambers can dispense contents separately. Andre not only uses his holding stomach for storing food, but he actually saves shrinking potion in one chamber so he can shrink himself when needed.

Be on the look out for this ball of fluff when JC is out gathering herbs. You may see him cutely carrying around flowers bigger then he is, or even popping his head out of her ruff after a nice nap.
