Sometimes I like to imagine how different fairy tales would be if the princess was an actual person, capable of helping herself instead of a convenient plot device.

Just think, if the bitch got the golden ball out of the well herself she never would have had to put up with a dude she didn't like just because she made some dumb ass promise to him.
