I know I am just a stranger, and stuff..and things, but I know things are probably real hard for you right now.

We all know there is light at the end of the darker tunnel, but sometimes we feel it safe to stay inside that tunnel until someone else pulls us out.
You can do this, and I can't tell you not to be sad and force you to be happy -- being upset is normal. Experience your emotions, baby girl.

But do know there are people here to listen, and all are very supportive of you.

Just do your best to smile. No matter how rough things seem, they're bound to get better. Take me for example... I'm still in the process of getting over losing my mate to a car accident four months ago, and I told myself on that day that my life may as well have been over as well. I've stuck through it, no matter how hard it's been, and I can definitely say, things will get better if you just believe they will and hang in there.

All I really have to offer are words of encouragement, and I hope that's enough, but just believe me - no matter what, things will get better.
