This is a piece from last year's etching work in my university's art department. This character has been represented as a mythological creature in creation to the artist, me.
The Chancer is a victorian devil wolf, that comes to you in the darkness and asks for a game of "Chance" a flip of a coin, no going back. He will kill you if you do not play. If he wins he takes your soul, if you win, you get off scott free and get a free wish while you at it.
