1 package of pork sausage (cooked in skillet then put into pot)
13 leaves of Kale (dont keep the stems cut them out)
1/3 cup of fresh parsley chopped
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder

all of this simply goes into a crock pot on low and is cooked until potatoes are tender... this recipe is simple easy and delicious... if its not seasoned to your taste you can always add more ^_^
if you dont have a crock pot a simple pot on the stove will work too.. just keep the burner on low ^_^
oh and the topping is my personal touch...
its just some heavy whipping cream with some garlic powder added then whipped into this delicious topping! ^.~
