You've never disregarded him from your count, never removed his room from the house...never forgotten what he is or what you've done to him. Ingrahams are not so easily disposed of.
So it falls to me to introduce to you all Maxwell's third creation, Io. Maxwell destroyed his black book to prevent an unforeseen rampage, erasing him from existence. But memory cannot be erased, and in a world of fiction, no erasure is ever truly absolute...
Good luck to those of you who inhabit this world should Io return. Though small, no other creature in Maxwell Ingraham's menagerie matches this pupdrake's mindless appetite. But who's to say that his nature is set in stone either? I look forward to seeing what happens next, khahahahaha!
