Just some quick ideas, I will have more concepts coming in so we'll see how those turn out too :3
Any suggestions are welcomed, however some aspects are staying namely the icicle horns and snowflake fins. Dragons are not real and are up to each individuals interpretation keep in mind as well, and that these have to be able to be made into a fursuit with resale in mind.

I like the bottom right the best, the other three look more like water dragons than distinctly *Ice* dragons. The mane rather than all spikes reminds of snow, and the markings look like they can be mostly airbrushed on the face rather than sewn :D Those icicle horns are awesome too, they should have LED's in them X3
