It's stretched anti-pill fleece over a resin cast. I wrapped a small piece around the bottom flat portion using hot glue, and the same for the top, gluing only on the flat bottom part, and a lil pulling back behind the tip. It's sealed underneath with a thin red dance sole. I glued the pieces in around where I hemmed it, and then, a little bit above to hide it pushing the fur flat against into the glue.

Antron and polarfleece are great. I've done the same. :) I lurve softer hooves over the shiny ones.
