An excelent experimnt celebrating the wonderful flavours that can be found around the world from the kitchens of
stripekazama
So, I felt very experimental today. So I decided to make burgerpatties, inspired by 10 different cuisines.
Obviously, you need ground beef. I'm honest when I say I didn't use any measurements for the things, because this was an experiment, so I just wanted to see how they turned out. But anyhow, I'll write the ingredients used for each cuisine's patties.
1. American.
I added grated cheddar cheese, some hickory smoked barbecue sauce and barbecue seasoning for that patty.
2. Mexican
I added plain taco seasoning and a few drops of a mexican Habanero sauce.
3. Spanish
I added chopped bits of garlic and sundried tomatoes to it, along with squeezing a bit of lemon juice and sprinkling a tad cayenne pepper to it.
4. Hungarian.
I added nothing but tiny, tiny diced bits of onion, garlic powder and smoked paprika powder for this one.
5. Italian.
I added few drops of olive oil, chopped oregano, some splashes of tomato sauce and garlicpepper to this one.
6. Turkish
To this one, I added a specific Kebab seasoning powder you can find here in Denmark for this, along with adding tiny bits of chopped garlic and onion.
7. Greek
I added bits of feta cheese, black olives and squeezed garlic cloves to this one.
8. Indian
For this, I just used curry powder and chiliflakes.
9. Thai
And this one, there's limejuice, sweet chili sauce and chiliflakes. I made the mistake of adding too much liquid, hence the weird shape.
10. Japanese
I added some splashes of a teriyaki marinade and teriyaki seasoning to this one!
Took me 2 and a half hours to get done with everything xD. Was worth it though!
