Go for it. One neighbor gave him a collar. Another gave him tags (name/phone number, vaccine, legal in our co. tag), I help feed him, and I think another does as well. I also check his occasional cat fight scratches, ears, and his coat for any possible ticks or fleas. He's fat and clean happy kitty. He was a very skin and probably starving kitty in Oct 2010 when I first saw him. He looks so much healthier now, and a bit chubby.

There's a couple of timeshare cats around here now. The entire townhome complex 'owns' them.

I know that expression. It means "I don't want in. If I were in I wouldn't want out. I just want the door open." My cat does this to me about my bedroom door when the fire alarms are going. (A regular occurence that has never in more than 20 years meant I had to leave the apartment.) I want to shut to door to block out the noise while I try to sleep, but Sailor wants the door open. I think she wins about half the time.
