
I guess there's no real connection between this drawing and the title of the quartette other than the title. (I don't have a problem with that -- do you?)

"Keerful" it is. It's Al Cappese for "Careful". Presumably take care because the log acting as foot bridge wobbles and rolls and dumps the crosser into the... whatever. Gully, water, mud, feathers, raspberry slushie... Evidently the prospect is not unwelcome to this young skunk.
