I looked up the AUP for screenshots, its hard to determine things when it can be construed in different ways so i will post the section I understand here in this before posting more.

Screenshots - Screenshots (websites, desktops, applications, games or film) are not permitted unless the poster has designed the screenshot’s content completely. Any screenshots must be complete, original designs and may use no copyrighted material. Further, the screenshot must not include portions of the computer or browser interface.

I custom made the background in Adobe overlaying 2 different images, then I planted it in a prim for me to pose my SL Espada Shepherd which also is a custom done outfit pieced from 4 different outfits found and bought in SL. so there at least 2 engineered or custom works in the picture, 3 if you count adding glasses to my sheppy's head.
