I do costuming in RL, so I wind up going overboard on details sometimes.

But its fun.

I understand the urge.. my oldest brother owned Desert Torch Tailoring. They traveled around to SCA events all over the country selling beautiful historical costumes, and anytime they were nearby I'd go with, helping assemble corsets and doublets, dresses and pantaloons... the art of costuming is intoxicating and its those details that make something mundane into something FABULOUS. :)

I salute a fellow SCAdian and costumer.

I'm getting back into it after 20 years away..But mostly for the fighting.

No households this time.
I learned my lesson on that.
