Happy Birthday Doku-chan!
I shall explain this now.
For those who have seen the 2003 series episode "Reflections" will understand this joke. Remember when Raphie got a marshmallow thrown at him during the campfire trip and they were supposed to make s'mores? Well....XD
Plus it's funny because apparently Doku didn't exactly know what a s'more was...so what better way to have it explained to him by having his fav Ninja Turtle show up and tutor him!
Oh and the chocolate he used...is "Magic Shell" -rimshot- XD
