Old picture I've drawn of Lioness (real name Leona) and have decided to repost on here since it's one of my personal faves. No story or anything behind it really as most watchers may already know I usually write some scenario behind the picture of my OCs depending on what they are doing of course. Well, here ya go! My cocky, sassy, and sometimes brash native american nationality cougar, Leona ^_^

I wanna do another picture of her sometime this year. I've rarely drawn her since I've been busy working on other character stories and such. But I wanna bring Lioness more into the spotlight with Jamie and Cheeyana along with others I've rarely shown and drawn. X3
Ah yes I remember this character, it was amongst one of the first pictures I commented on your stuff! I believe if it wasn't the first it surely has to have been the second, I was about to look up how she looked back then as a comparison but looks like you've removed it....ya bastard (j/k ^^)
The general body composition and pose looks good, I can find no issues with them. Good work to utilize a slight turtle perspective to illustrate her confidence by making her appear "bigger" sorts of speak. I like how you've managed to keep her slim while still making her muscular, a lot of peeps don't do that but judge bulge them out completely (not that I'm against that as per say I just like variety). You seem to be having that whole double-lightsource going on in this picture as well but since the general pose suggests something staged, like say a photoshoot for a magazine or something it works I won't complain about that....for now >;) (DUN-DUN-DUN-DU-DU-DUUUUUUM xD)
The only real quarrel I have with this picture is that I believe the face to be rather flat looking compared to the rest of the body, there's not so much highlights going on there to give it volume it's only on the top of the head in like the hair and stuff. I mean if you look at the area around her cheek it's practically devoid of volume. I'd also have liked some more distinction between what is "hair" and what's her "headfur" sorts of say. Now they seem to blend together, like the hair isn't so much hair but rather an extention to the head in some way. which while fun to think about I doubt it was intended ^^
Ok now on to the rest which I'm pretty sure will only be praise. I find the body as I said excellently done, I can find no flaws with it. Also very good work on managing to keep her slim but incredibly toned at the same time. It's like I said, a good change from what I'm used to see female muscle drawn as. That bra, it's my favourite kind lols so you get credit points for that even though I doubt it was intended xD
Since a lot of people has already been mentioning the background I'll only touch on it briefly, it's sorts of interesting to me. reminds me of the magazine covers you see for like conceptual arts and techno music, it also somehow reminds me of the opening to an anime I watched a few years back called bleach. Also is that some character sketches I see in the background? I think I can see some sketch of of her an cheeyana or something to the upper left corner of the Bg? XD
And with that I think I'm done, *phew* many hours it took but it was worth it. I hope all of this stuff helps you out in any way. Now that it's done I wanna ask you for some critique on my own critique, do you think I deliver it in a fair and good way and the likes? If you could respond to this it'd help me out with how I give CC in the future and I'd appreciate that. ^^
PS: She must put in some crazy hair gel in those bangs to make them stand out like that lols xD
