In the past, I had presented a variety of lettered sudoku puzzles for such "FA" members as
Dragomike and
Aphrodite.
One of the last ones I'd posted was a sudoku variation for
Toner. Unlike the usual 9x9 grid associated with that sort of puzzle, this one was 10x10 - and instead of separate (3x3) square cells, each cell was in the shape of a jigsaw puzzle piece (of ten spaces - one for each different letter). The object was to not only fill in all the spaces of the grid, but to find the full name TONER HUSKY in one of the rows or columns of the puzzle. You can work on said jigsaw-doku right now, by going to http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5126107/
This newest jigsaw-doku was one I'd created and drawn for "FA" member
Jenner of Australia - in celebration of his birthday (back on March 17th). As many of you know, Jenner is the artist/creator of the popular "Doc Rat" http://www.docrat.com.au/ ; so I'd sent him a handmade greeting card, with his rat doctor 'Ben' consulting with one of his patients: a giraffe with his long neck wrapped in bandages. The giraffe denies having the stereotypical illnesses one would associate with his species; namely, a sore throat or laryngitis...
To determine what Ben's patient might have print out the puzzle below the artwork, grab a pencil, and fill in the blank spaces in the grid, so that each row, column, and jigsaw puzzle piece contains all ten letters (listed further below) without repeating. The illness will reveal itself in one of the rows/columns. Good luck!
I'll post the answer to this puzzle one week from the posting date (4-5-12).
