Delicate and delicious crapés from the kitchens of
eclipsethewolf
yep i madez them awhile back. please excuse the plate we have a hole bunch of these that we still use. a plate is a plate xDD so yeah i was hungry the other day and after watching a video done by runny runny999's vid on crapes. i was in the mood for them. so here is what i did...
Crapes- it makes about 8 crapes,
prep time 10mins, cook time 20 or less, so its about ready in 30 mins lol
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs.
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp melted butter.
*i added a splash of vanilla extract when the batter was smooth. and about 3 bananas, also i like to put syrup on my crapes and sugar inside :D*
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter; beat until smooth.
2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
3. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Serve hot.
