Yes. I agree sometimes. In Michigan, the weather is very , and I mean VERY, unpredictable. You could have two weeks of warm, sunny weather for two weeks during the early months of spring and all of a sudden it would drop to the mid 40s and it would be snowing on top of it. The late spring and summer months (from April to September) are usually the best times to enjoy the outdoors, well here at least.
Considering it's snowing here today...heh...
Honestly, I know exactly what you mean. Eastern WA provided exactly the right amount in my book. We had more sun than Seattle, but not too much...unlike where I live now. IT'S ALWAYS FREAKIN' SUNNY! Everyone thinks I'm nuts.
