Based on a prompt from a Monster Girl/Boy generator: "Blind pegasus girl who wears plaid clothing and hates Brow."
You know, I still don't know what they meant by "hates Brow." Is that a band? A group? Is it supposed to mean she hates her eyebrows? If so I guess I've got that one covered, since her bangs are all long like that, haha.
Experimenting with Paint Tool SAI on this one, which was interesting and finally began to make sense after several previous (unsuccessful) forays into that territory; I usually work with Photoshop.
